Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules while troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/technical issues.
- Supervise maintenance teams, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee spare parts inventory, procurement of tools, and vendor coordination for equipment servicing and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive process improvements and equipment reliability.
