Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for network monitoring, maintaining & optimizing of network performance for 4G/3G/2G and future Technologies
- End to End responsible for RAN planning and optimization of regional RAN network
- Responsible for field testing activities and benchmarking
- Ensures scrutinizing and supervising physical redesign and network audits
- Responsible for leading optimization of network and provide relevant optimization reporting and analysis to management
- Lead Pre sales survey and carry out coordination with commercial departments, work in collaboration and coordination with marketing and regional commercial heads to understand the marketing dynamics and design the network L-1 optimization strategy & plan accordingly
- Handles customer complaints and ensures reduction in complaints based upon RAN Planning and optimization
- Thorough analysis of worst cell list and post processing of drive test logs accordingly
- Devise a nominal planning strategy for the region and coordination with rollout department for respective site selection
- Perform GAP analysis of RAN networks and generate recommendations and strategies to bridge that gap
- To implement various re-farming based on the defined strategy
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical/Telecom/similar domain) from HEC recognized university
Work Experience:
- 8 years of relevant work experience in RAN Planning & Optimizations
Skills Requried to Perform the Job:
- Strong Knowledge of Wireless Network Architecture, Technologies and concepts.
