Responsibilities:
- Follow up on feeding production targets & review with line balancing
- Daily review of accessories fabric & running production according to plan
- Follow up on Current-day packing & transfer according to plan
- Floor visit with line leaders to have proper checks & balances
- Monitoring KPI boards, safety quality targets, and efficiency- Gemba &Obeya on floors
- Teammates should be aware of the clear timeline and their sensitivity to the workflow
- Provide timely feedback on the staff’s progress on the job and ensure feedback is based on the role performed and development needs are shared for future growth
- Provide on-the-job training with respect to technical knowledge & coach team members from time to time based on the need assessment to improve their product knowledge & work efficiency
