Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Windows Server Management: Configure servers, manage users and policies, monitor performance, and ensure system availability and reliability.
📧 Email Systems Administration: Oversee local, cloud, and Office365 environments; manage email security, including firewall configurations; troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
🌐 Domain Hosting and DNS Management: Administer domain hosting and DNS records.
👥 IT Support Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT support team; provide after-hours support to users domestically and internationally as needed.
💡 Datacenter and UPS Monitoring: Ensure smooth operation of the datacenter and UPS systems.
☁️ VMware Management: Oversee and manage VMware environments.
💾 NAS/SAN Configuration and Management: Configure and manage NAS/SAN storage solutions.
Qualifications:
🎓 Education: BS in Computer Science
💼 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role
