Key Responsibilities:
-Manage new product onboarding on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate details, images, and pricing.
-Maintain updated product catalogs and inventory levels in collaboration with product management teams.
-Coordinate order processing and fulfillment operations for prompt and accurate delivery.
-Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
-Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations regarding e-commerce orders.
-Work with customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive online shopping experience.
-Coordinate website updates, product launches, promotions, and optimizations.
-Collaborate with web development teams to address technical issues and implement improvements.
-Coordinate e-commerce marketing campaigns and promotions with the marketing team.
-Assist in developing targeted marketing strategies to boost traffic and sales.
-Collect and analyze e-commerce performance data to derive actionable insights.
-Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as sales performance and website traffic.
-Foster collaboration among departments including marketing, sales, operations, and IT for e-commerce initiatives.
-Managing Amazon Seller Central activities, including case management and follow-ups.
