YAYVO Pakistan Jobs HR Executive/HR Officer:We are looking for an HR Executive/HR Officer to join the HR Department at YAYVO, in our Karachi office.

Job Description:
As a part of the HR team, you will be responsible for the following aspects:
 Assisting in recruitment process by screening, interviewing, and shortlisting applicants.
 Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
 Maintaining HR records and Database.
 Orienting new employees and developing staff through Organizational Development.
 Organizing employee training sessions and activities.
 Managing all the Operational HR tasks.
 Measure employee retention and turnover rates on semi-annual basis.

Requirements:
 Bachelors/Masters with Majors in HR
 0-1 years of relevant experience
 Prior experience of HR Operations and Organizational Development
 Solid communication skills
 MS Office
 Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking
Systems
