Position: Customer Support Officer
Job Description:
Urbansole is looking for energetic ‘Customer Support Officer’ to join the Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate and collaborate with courier/logistics partners regarding order dispatch, tracking, and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu are mandatory
Additional Details:
- Experience: 1–2 years customer support
- Education: Bachelor’s or a related field
- Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
