WE’RE HIRING Payroll Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance with tax regulations, and timely salary disbursement.
Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
Experience Required: 2-3 Years experience. At least 1-2 Years in similar capacity
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
- Address employee queries related to payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and MS Excel.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in HR/payroll software.
- Verify attendance, work hours, and leave data before processing payroll.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
- Assist in audits by providing required payroll information and documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee financial information.
