we are hiring Team Lead Safety, Health & Environment – IMS
Key Accountabilities
- To lead the implementation and management of the Company’s integrated Management Systems (IMS), ensuring alignment with the Co.’s SHE agenda.
- Ensure full compliance with all SHE policies, procedures, standards, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements at all Company sites.
- Plan, lead, and continuously improve preventive and proactive SHE programs including.
- Deliver the Company’s capability development agenda through training & education of employees on IMS, SHE policies and applicable standards.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Min. B.E. in Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical.
- Min. 05 years experience in a manufacturing set up with at least 03 years in dedicated SHE role.
- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC.
- Strong knowledge of ISO (9001, 14001 and 45001), OSHA and PSM.
- Know-how of regulatory Compliances, international safety standards and HSE management systems.
- Other Skills: Leadership, team work, project management, change catalyst, taking initiative, attention to detail, cohesive, critical thinking and solving problems, strong data analytical / presentation and communication skills. MS Office proficient.
