We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced “Tax Manager” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tax-related activities within the company, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and optimizing tax strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
•Review and ensure timely, accurate filing of all tax declarations and returns in compliance with local legislation.
•Analyze transactions for tax implications and provide solutions to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
•Advise on tax legislation application to enhance tax environment efficiency, and give recommendations to senior management.
•Assist departments in calculating tax payments to reduce liabilities, and keep management informed of tax legislation and opportunities.
•Liaise with tax authorities and advisors on audits, assessments, refunds, exemptions, and coordinate with Legal on litigation matters.

3-5 Years of Relevant Experience
