Position: Hub Manager

Qualifications: MBA Sales & Marketing or any other relevant degree
Experience: 5-7 years.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities and capacity to form client relationships
- Oversee the daily sales operations of sales team that are assigned to the incumbent. Train sales employees, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure that sales quotas for an assigned territory are met.
- Use sales techniques to increase company presence and stimulate sales in an assigned area
- Set quotas and goals for sales teams
- Monitor the market within a territory to find ways to outperform competition
- Analyze the sales records of individual team members and the entire staff in order to understand what areas the associates need more guidance in
