Job Responsibilities
- Proper recording & verification of Sales Notes entries in software/excel sheet, and signing delivery orders.
- Coordination with Sales Team for recovery of funds as per payments terms.
- Preparing receivable aging report on regular basis, & sharing with respective Sales persons.
- Reconciliation of ledgers with approved dealers/show rooms on weekly basis.
- New & T-Sure vehicles files management.
- Ensure compliance of credit SOPs & company SOPs.
