We are looking for the position of Assistant Manager.

Job Description:
· Lead and assist the team in schedule preparation, pre-planning, and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical projects.
· Focus on execution and site work. Maintaining presence on-site and leading site execution in person with a strong check and balance with respect to safety and quality.
· Perform RFQ and PNC for consultancy and contractual purposes with the analytical study in terms of safety, risk, time, cost & quality.
· Proactively address, resolve and/or escalate issues with the head of the department where necessary.
· Monitoring and control through schedules assess delays and plan and execute corrective measures.
· To ensure the proper documentation (Permits, JSA, WIS, etc) regarding safety and regularities.
· Responsible for the preparation of ACT-1 Meeting Material every month by coordinating with all the team members.
Eligibility: Bachelors of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Automotive)
Experience: Minimum 1-4 years.
