The City School is looking to fill out the position of Deputy Manager Libraries at the Head Office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

Ensure Implementation of all SOPs for Libraries and LMS.
Ensure term-wise stock take in each school and prepare a stock take report.
Ensure handing and taking over procedures for schools where librarians have resigned.
Perform random audits of libraries.
Provide needs-based administrative training to librarians annually such as Library Management System (LMS).
Write IEPs for each librarian in the regions and keep a follow-up on their development plan.
Ensure needs-based academic training for librarians through CLs.
Improve LMS functions in coordination with the IT department.
Resolve any pending issues with schools.
Ensure all books/resources are tagged and entered in the LMS by the librarians.
Ensure schools use library events as part of the marketing strategy on social media.
Coordinate with publishers for School Book Fairs.
