- Implement strategies for continuous improvement of the Urdu curriculum, introducing innovative approaches to teaching and learning across all subject areas.
- Monitor and evaluate skills coverage and standards of attainment in Urdu subject, ensuring that targets are met and learning outcomes are achieved.
- Introduce objective assessment tools to measure learning outcomes effectively and accurately.
- Support school leaders and teachers in establishing clear policies and practices for assessing, recording, and reporting pupil achievement.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for staff development and lead professional development initiatives for staff.
- Evaluate the impact of Urdu curriculum training and development activities, providing analytics to inform future training strategies and curriculum enhancements.
