Position: Manager Projects Aftermarket (Auto Air conditioners)
Lead and supervise aftermarket business by implementing new projects based on potential opportunities in the automotive air-conditioning aftermarket.
The scope includes pitching core Air-conditioning solutions to customers, and designing customized products. Candidate should have experience specifically in auto air-conditioning after market, making feasibilities, sourcing of parts and suppliers, product development, performance testing and standards, managing installations, and coordinating with multiple teams for timely end-to-end execution of projects
Bachelor of Engineering with atleast 08 years relevant experience in the auto air-conditioning aftermarket.

Senior Manager Engineering
Lead and supervise planning and implementation of engineering projects.
The scope includes designing of manufacturing processes for new and existing products by coordinating with principles and customers. Candidate should have experience in documenting production procedures, reviewing plant layouts, developing tools and fixtures, implementing engineering changes, product testing, and material and equipment supplier sourcing, staffing requirements, improving KPIs, and making cost reducing initiatives.
Bachelor of Engineering with at least 12 years relevant experience preferably in automotive industry.
