Position : Industrial Engineer (Karachi)

Job Description:

Assist in analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Conduct time studies and work measurement to establish standard times for various tasks and operations.
Assist in designing and implementing efficient workflow layouts, including the arrangement of machinery, equipment, and workstations.
Assist in developing and implementing production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Collect and analyze data related to production metrics, such as cycle time, downtime, scrap rates, and labor utilization, to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production issues and quality concerns.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in conducting ergonomic assessments to ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment for employees.

Position : Machine Engineer (Karachi)

Job Description:

Develop and modify existing machine designs to improve functionality, efficiency, or performance.
Oversee the installation of new machines or mechanical systems on-site.
Perform testing and validation to ensure machines meet performance and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the installation phase.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure machinery operates smoothly over time.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues or breakdowns in machinery.
Optimize machine performance to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
Conduct testing procedures on machinery to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Implement quality control systems to monitor machine performance.
Document and analyze test data to drive improvements in machine design or functionality.
Ensure all machinery complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
Familiar with mobile phone assembling machines would be a plus point.
