EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of experience in similar field OMC/BPO/ Restaurant experience is preferred
QUALIFICATION: Bachelors/B.COM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing CCTV services for COCO and dealer petrol pumps, following our service steps.
- Attending daily calls from both external and internal customers and registering complaints accordingly.
- Following up on external and internal complaints via email on a daily basis.
- Sharing external and internal reports on a daily basis.
- Food-related orders from on-call customers need to be handled.
