Position: Area Manager – Lubricants
Location: Karachi & Hyderabad
Requirements
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in B2C Lubricant Sales, FMCG, or Automotive Aftermarket.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree; Marketing or related field (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by achieving volume, revenue, and distribution targets for automotive lubricants.
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors to expand retail and channel coverage.
- Strengthen relationships with retailers, mechanics, workshops, and trade partners to build brand preference.
- Ensure strong product availability, visibility, and execution at retail outlets and fuel stations.
- Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, mechanic programs, and local market activations.
- Conduct regular market visits to track performance, competitor activity, and retail execution.
- Gather market intelligence, submit sales reports, and recommend actions to improve area performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls, and distributor agreements.
- Coordinate with supply chain for timely product availability and optimal inventory levels.
