Position : ASSISTANT MANAGER WAREHOUSE COMPLIANCE & AUDIT
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- QUALIFICATION: MBA in Supply Chain or 4-5 years of similar supply chain experience in the FMCG industry.
- EXPERIENCE:
- Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical verification across regional warehouses; reconcile system vs. physical stock, identify variances, and ensure inventory accuracy KPIs.
- Monitor slow-moving, near-expiry, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, FIFO/FEFO practices, regulatory requirements, and audit warehouse documentation for receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
- Perform warehouse safety and 5S audits, including MHE, PPE, and fire safety compliance.
- Prepare audit reports, track corrective actions, escalate non-compliance, and provide on-site guidance and training to warehouse staff.
- Travel to regional warehouses for audits (minimum 15 days per month).
