WE’RE HIRING
RESTAURANT MANAGER – SINDH (Multiple Locations)
EXPERIENCE: 07 – 10 years of progressive experience in a reputable fine dining restaurant environment.
QUALIFICATION: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant certifications in the food industry are a strong advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, build customer relationships and execute effective promotional activities. Analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Oversee all aspects of customer service, handling complaints effectively and ensuring a welcoming & respectful environment. • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and safety. Ensure adherence to recipes and address any food-related concerns promptly.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including managing utilities, achieving cost targets (COGS) and monitoring competitor pricing.
• Review financial statements, control costs and manage cash flow and expenses to achieve profitability objectives.
• Hire, train and manage a professional and high-performing team in both service and kitchen areas.
• Oversee all restaurant functions, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and liaise with relevant external organizations.
