Role Overview:
The Business Manager will oversee operations, finances, sales, customer service, and facility management. They will ensure smooth execution of all activities, optimize resources, and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
·Financial & Sales Management: Maintain accounts, handle transactions, and drive revenue growth.
·Facility & Inventory Oversight: Manage premises, equipment, and supply procurement.
·Customer & Membership Relations: Handle client interactions, bookings, and events.
·Staff & Operational Management: Oversee work schedules, safety protocols, and service execution.
·Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate on promotions and build strategic partnerships.
·Asset & Resource Management: Ensure proper care, maintenance, and compliance of key resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Business or Hospitality.
3+ years of experience in business operations or sales.
Strong financial and customer management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in facility or asset management (preferred).
Salary: 60,000/- to 80,000/-
