POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities across retail outlets, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes. This role involves managing employee records, payroll, benefits, grievances, recruitment, onboarding and exit processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX). It also plays a critical role in maintaining employee engagement, accuracy of data and supporting overall HR operational efficiency.
