WE’RE HIRING Sampling Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage sample development requests, including swatch analysis.
- Maintain knitting, dyeing, and finishing parameters in the ERP system.
- Calculate yarn requirements and generate yarn demand in ERP.
- Create and allocate production lots while ensuring accurate ERP updates.
- Track sample development from planning through QC for on time completion.
- Coordinate with Merchandising team to provide regular development status updates.
- Plan and manage rework and shortfall activities for rejected lots.
- Liaise with commercial vendors for yarn dyeing, twisting and knitting activities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Textile Engineering.
- 2-3 years of work experience in production planning and sample development.
- Strong analytical & coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

- Generate yarn demand based on production requirements.
- Coordinate knitting parameters and technical instructions with the production floor.
- Prepare and communicate dyeing and finishing process information.
- Provide regular production and trial status updates to the Merchandising team.
- Coordinate and conduct BTR (Bulk Trial Run) trials to validate production processes.
Requirements:

- 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in textile planning, knitting, dyeing or production planning is preferred.
- Strong analytical & coordination skills.
