Key Responsibilities
-Attend structured training programs on product and cloud systems
-Participate in field visits for hands-on exposure
-Provide customer support (CS) and system assistance
-Perform live system monitoring and troubleshooting
-Deliver Level-2 support under supervision
-Carry out tasks assigned by Team Lead / Management
Requirements
-BS Electrical Engineering (Power majors preferred)

We are looking for a Junior NOC Engineer to join our team in Islamabad. The selected candidate will handle Level 1 & 2 technical support, ticket resolution, system monitoring, and ensure smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support
-Handle support tickets and ensure prompt resolution
-Offer installation support and configuration guidance
-Conduct system monitoring, maintain logs, and resolve customer complaints
-Follow troubleshooting SOPs and take ownership of assigned tasks
-Perform tasks assigned by the Team Lead / Management
Requirements
-BS Electrical Engineering
-1–2 years of after-sales support and customer interaction experience
Skills & Competencies
-Strong communication and customer handling abilities
-Experience in interacting with customers
-Ability to troubleshoot independently
