Are you a results-driven engineering leader passionate about energy systems, BESS, and global execution?
As our Director of Engineering, you will:
● Lead full lifecycle development of hybrid inverters and LFP-based battery storage systems
● Oversee hardware and firmware development, certification processes, and mass production
● Align cross-border teams, manage contract manufacturers, and ensure time-to-market
● Drive structured engineering practices with tools like Jira, Confluence, and PLM systems
● Ensure products meet certifications including JET, UL 1741 SB, UL 9540, IEEE 1547
Ideal Profile:
● 10+ years in product engineering, with leadership in power electronics or embedded systems
● Strong experience in compliance, project tracking, and cross-functional collaboration
● Skilled in launching hardware/software-integrated products into CM environments
