Job Description
- Answer incoming calls of customers
- Perform outbound and inbound calls in response to alerts, tickets and to sell
- Respond or create tickets in response to alerts and customer queries
- Collaborate within and outside department to address customer queries
- Working in rotating shifts including coming to office on public holidays or as per demand of shift
- Carry out any-other task as and when assigned by team lead or manager or HOD
