Position Title: Assistant Manager TA & OD
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive learning and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps, designing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, providing coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess organizational needs and develop targeted OD interventions to enhance performance and productivity.
- Implement talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development frameworks.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor/Master from HEC Recognized University
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sector
