We are looking for: Assistant Brand Manager For Karachi, head office.
The Assistant Brand Manager supports the planning and execution of brand initiatives across digital, retail, creative, and product development to drive brand growth and ensure consistent market presence.
Required Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelors, MBA preferred. With working experience of 3 to 4 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly social media calendars, digital campaigns, community management, and website product updates while monitoring consumer engagement and reporting customer complaints.
- Coordinate with creative and digital agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns, artwork development, product packaging, and PR activities.
- Plan and execute in-store branding, POSM deployment, and Brand Ambassador (BA) training and performance reviews based on sales objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of BTL activations, sponsorships, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor in-store visibility, merchandising standards, competitor activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new product development (NPD), product enhancements, and preparation of product briefs to ensure timely launches.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital and retail execution, and prepare periodic reports to support data-driven marketing decisions.
