LOCATION Onsite – Kot Addu, Muzaffargarh
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in an IT support or technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business software.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, etc.).
- Experience with email systems (e.g., Outlook/Exchange), printers, and endpoint security tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory, email systems).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via remote tools or in person.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability of IT services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot networking related task to surveillance cameras, DVR and NVR.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
- Support data backup processes and ensure proper IT documentation.
- Assist in maintaining security protocols and antivirus solutions.
- Provide IT onboarding and basic training for new employees.
- Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, or system implementations.
