- Analyze order confirmations and develop a production plan according to delivery dates.
- To Get all info from Merchant and verify it to clear from all aspects of planning.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order status, production efficiency, and delivery timelines.
- Posting plan with specified S.O.P
- Production follow up & analyze the lot wise status regarding closing of order
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, material utilization, and order status.
- Monitoring & controlling the consumption & other production issues

Job Essential:
- Daily communication with client for updates about sample submission.
- Clearness from buyer on timely generate the SO to proceed fabrication & sampling process.
- Maintain the fabric library on monthly basis.
- Maintain the Garments Presentation for all clients on monthly basis
- Placing sampling accessories order & ensure accessories receive as per given time line.
- Ensure an effective merchandising value chain.
- Prepare and file all documentation and relevant email correspondence.
- Prepare the pre-production file/sample and hand over to pre-production Merchandiser for further executions.
