Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Front Desk Executive – Head Office”.
Job Description:
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers (new and existing)
- Greet and Welcome Guests ,Visitors ,Clients etc.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Provide support to the human resource (HR) function for coordinating interviews, onboarding of new joiners.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider business, which may include preparation of order office supplies and updating records, managing inventory, arrange travel & accommodations, prepare vouchers, update calendars & schedule meetings.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures & controlling access via monitoring logbooks & issue visitor badges.
- Manage the receiving and distribution of deliveries/daily mails for departments from different locations.
- Willing to perform the additional tasks on need basis.
Job Specification:
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2-3 yrs.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- MS Office
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Time Management Skills
