Requirements & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preference: Professional accounting qualification or articles experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in fixed asset accounting, audit, compliance, or internal control roles.
- Mandatory: Previous hands-on experience in the accounts department is mandatory.
- Desired Industry: Experience in hospitality, resorts, or extensive operational facilities strongly preferred.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, verifiable, and audit-ready fixed asset records
- Ensure physical control and tagging of all company assets
- Enforce compliance with all written and operational SOPs
- Monitor daily operational readiness of all resort activities
- Reduce asset loss, misuse, and operational risk
- Strengthen store and inventory control systems
Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting controls, asset management, and inventory systems
- High attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Strong audit and inspection capability
- Ability to enforce compliance in operational environments
- Confident communication with both technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation systems
