  • Manage payroll preparation and coordination with the finance department.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime data.
  • Ensure proper employee documentation, personal file management, and HRIS updates.
  • Prepare HR letters, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other official documents.
  • Manage the employee exit process, including clearance, final settlement, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Support internal audits and HR compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies.
  • Maintain employee benefits and support administration of company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, and employee records.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide administrative HR support to the HR department and management.
  • Education: Graduation / MBA in Human Resource
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in textile and manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Coordination and organizational abilities
    • Employee relations and grievance handling skills
    • Performance management support capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department and business units in implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies across the organization.
  • Support recruitment processes, interview coordination, onboarding, and departmental orientation of new employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR queries, resolving workplace concerns, and maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes, and support employee training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate blue collar employee records, HR documentation, and prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management review.
  • Coordinate with department heads to handle daily HR matters, ensure smooth HR operations, and maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation / MBA in Human Resource
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in textile and manufacturing industry.
