Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business or relevant field.
Experience
- Min 5 years in retail industry.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, industry standards, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Inspect garments and products at various production stages to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct audits on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods for defects and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure adherence to brand quality guidelines, including stitching, fabric, fit, and finishing.
- Document findings, create reports, and provide feedback to the production team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with design, production, and suppliers to address quality issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry standards and implement quality control best practices to maintain high product quality.
