𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: The role focuses on managing vendor invoices, purchase requisitions, and payment processing while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include verifying invoices, coordinating with the supply chain, processing payments, and maintaining vendor ledgers. The candidate will also manage vendor relations, handle payment follow-ups, and prepare regular reports on financial transactions. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with internal controls, conducting account reconciliations, and supporting audit processes. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vendor invoice management, procurement, or a similar administrative role.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: The role is responsible for managing all aspects of travel and event coordination within the company. Key duties include organizing domestic and international travel, handling visa applications, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective travel arrangements. The role also involves planning and executing corporate events, managing budgets, and providing detailed reports on travel and event expenditures. Additionally, the position requires effective communication and coordination with employees, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth operations, compliance with company policies, and successful travel and event outcomes.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
