The incumbent would be required to Have:
- Strong knowledge of construction related & routine sourcing and procurement techniques, forecasting price and market trends, evaluating challenges, and taking action to mitigate risks.
- Preparing, implementing, and evaluating the best practices, strategies, policies, processes, and SOPs to aid and improve organizational performance.
- Establishing and maintaining strategic vendors/ supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and preparing contracts to ensure value for money, Quality standards, and delivery terms.
- Preparing and managing the purchasing budgets, forecasts, proposals, variance analysis, and different reports as required.
Location: Lahore
Requirement: MS. Supply Chain must have min 10 years of work experience in Real Estate sector would be added advantage.
