MonSalwa (Quick Food Industries Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a field-driven and target-oriented professional to join as Sales Executive – Outstation Retail to strengthen our retail distribution in key outstation regions.
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing from a recognized institution.
💼 Experience:
2–3 years of FMCG retail sales experience, specifically handling outstation markets.
📌 Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage and grow retail sales across assigned outstation territories
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Ensure product availability, placement, and visibility in the market
Implement sales and trade marketing activities effectively
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Monitor market trends and share insights for business growth
Prepare visit reports and sales performance updates
