Position: Deputy Manager – Advance Body Shop | Procon Engineering
Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is looking for a Deputy Manager – Advance Body Shop to lead Body Shop production operations and drive manufacturing excellence in our automotive parts manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have 7+ years of hands-on experience in Body Shop production within a reputable automotive manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily Body Shop production operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor production KPIs, optimize manpower utilization, and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and automotive manufacturing standards.
- Support new model development, process optimization, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Body Shop production within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, body assembly, Lean Manufacturing, OEE, and production management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
