Experience: 2–4 years in manufacturing experience, specifically in technical products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and organizing production schedules.
2. Ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
3. Coordinating with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
4. Maintaining quality control standards and procedures.
5. Managing and supervising production staff.
6. Able to handle minor machine-related issues during production.
7. Able to resolve molding-related issues.
8. Monitoring production output and adjusting schedules as needed.
9. Troubleshooting production problems and implementing solutions.
10. Maintaining accurate production records and reports.
11. Continuously evaluating and improving production processes and procedures.
