Position : HR Officer
WE ARE HIRING! Orient Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer for our Head Office in Lahore. The candidate should have strong command over MS Office & experience in HR Operations.
Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, and record management.
- Support payroll preparation, leave management, and other operational tasks.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation.
- Manage HR data, ensure accuracy, and support compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with departments for routine HR support and timely resolution of queries.
- Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding, and orientation formalities.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
