We are looking for Officer Network Support in Islamabad to provide technical support to our outlets in Islamabad region.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor performance and maintain all systems and servers. Knowledge of major user software installation and troubleshooting as well as hardware issues. Ability to configure all router/switches, bandwidth and Wi-Fi.. Complete knowledge of LAN/WAN management and deployment. Have experience with Network Security and & Recovery. Ability to assist with troubleshooting and outages. Complete network administration with CCTV controls and it’s monitoring. The Candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring IT equipment such as. Desktops/laptops, printers, and scanners, etc. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelors/Masters in IT. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration and Networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Retail background will be a plus for this position.
