WE’RE HIRING HEAD OF MARKETING
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals (brand awareness, traffic, sales, loyalty)
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and quarterly planning for the marketing department
- Lead performance marketing strategy including SEM, social ads, and influencer partnerships
- Own customer growth strategies including loyalty programs, CRM segmentation, email and SMS marketing
- Strong understanding of CRM lifecycle automation, segmentation strategies, and performance attribution models
- Strong understanding of CRM lifecycle automation, segmentation strategies, and performance attribution models
Job specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate Qualification preferred
- 7-12+ years of marketing experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in fashion retail, lifestyle brands, e-commerce, or consumer goods preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills & long-term planning ability
- Creative mindset with understanding of fashion trends and youth culture
- Strong competency in leveraging AI-powered tools for marketing efficiency
- Experience working with customer engagement platforms such as De-Engage or Mergn
