Position: SENIOR EXECUTIVE – WAREHOUSE SPARE PARTS
We are seeking candidates who can effectively liaison across teams to ensure smooth, compliant receiving operations aligned with standard shipping flowcharts and SOPs. The ideal candidate will take ownership of setting daily warehouse priorities, efficiently managing part-picking workflows according to order urgency, including urgent requests, standard daily orders, and warranty allocations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institute.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry or a similar sector.
Requirement:
- Oversee daily inbound/outbound workflows to ensure accurate, timely processing, packing, and dispatch of spare parts to dealers.
- Maintain precise stock records via cycle counts, regular audits, and accurate transactions in SAP/DMS/ERP.
- Monitor key warehouse KPIs (fulfillment rate, accuracy, stock discrepancies) and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Enforce strict adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety protocols, and 5S standards while recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to optimize stock movements and support replenishment planning.
