Job Purpose: To create, develop, implement & manage organization development related interventions focusing on execution part with respect to complete Performance Management Cycle, Performance Improvement & Development Plans, Training & Development, Learning Management System & Talent Management for the employees.
Knowledge, Education and Experience:
Detailed knowledge of Human Resources and Organization Development particularly.

Education/ Degree: Minimum Bachelors/ Preferably Masters in Human Resources
