National Clearing Company Pakistan Limited NCCPL Jobs Assistant Manager Human Resources:

NCCPL is looking for Assistant Manager – Human Resources | HR Generalist

REQUISITES:

Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management from HEC recognized institution

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience as HR generalist.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

-Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open vacancies in collaboration with line department.
-Performs employee onboarding and new hire orientation.
-Assist in learning and development initiatives and plan activates for all employees in line with the training calendar.
-Actively involved in employee engagement activities and conducting employee surveys.
-Assist in the process of annual objective setting and performance management.
-Assist in automation and digitalization of HR procedures as per best market practices.
-Assist Line Manager/Head in daily operational and strategic tasks related to HRM.

Required Skills:

*Knowledge of MS Office and HRIS Systems.
*Good understanding of HR Policies.
*Familiarity with applicable Labor Laws.
*Excellent people management skills.
*Interpersonal and communication skills.
*Self-driven and supportive team player.
