- Flexible to work in Shifts throughout the year
- Responsible for the day to day shifts operations
- Act as customer escalation point for faults and problems
- Ensure Processes are enhanced and aligned towards acheiving.
- TAC Support, coordinate with Inhouse and vendors
- Good Customer Services and Knowledge
- Fluent English & Professionalism
