Muller & Phipps Express Logistics Pvt Ltd Jobs Area Manager:
Looking for Area Manager (FSD) at Muller & Phipps Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Knowledge of Faisalabad Area and experience of 7-8 years of Sales & Operations in the Courier industry is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Development and achievement of Sales KPIs (Target Achievement, Growth, New Acquisition) of the specified area
· Ensure effective customer relationship & business retention at all levels with clients of the specified area
· Work closely with sales & retail to formulate business strategies to grow business and retain existing ones.
· Ensures safe handling and security of allocated company cash
· Monitor sales & recovery staff visit to clients on regular basis and customers are provided all necessary billing details.
· Effectively monitor the operational and administrative activities of the specified area and allied branches
· Ensure the availability of necessary equipment at all retail express centers and branch offices
· Responsible for all inbound & outbound balancing
· Closely monitor concerned debriefing units to minimize loss of shipments and reduce customer complaints
