Opportunity to Join Finance team of Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited.
Location: Karachi

Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited is looking for a Regional Accounts Executive for its South office based at Karachi.

This is a full time position with below job role:

1. Ordering and Invoicing
2. Preparation of Aging receivables/ payables
3. Compliance of FMR, underline documents and posting in the ledger
4. Reconciliation of National Sales. SPE with actual Vs Budgeted
5. Working as a coordinator with region and external audit
6. Regular accounts related coordination with South distributors, large sized LMTs, IMT business & HoReCa Business
7. Random distributors stocks physical audits
8. Preparation of Credit notes (LMTs related) and posting in system
9. Daily Reporting of primary and secondary sales
10. Fulfilment of accounts related regular requirement of distributors
11. Preparation of Pay orders. Documents Follow up and posting in system against import shipments
12. Security Deposit Refunds follow up with Clearing Agent w.r.t to shipment documents.

Eligibility Criteria: MBA Finance/ M.com or CMA with 2 – 3 years of professional experience
