Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the production team of labors to ensure smooth and efficient operations on the production floor
- Plan, organize, and prioritize production schedules, to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure they are running at optimal levels
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology.
- At least 2 years of working experience within the relevant domain (FMCG Sector)
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards
